While UFB considers itself business rather than IT focused, in truth, most of our work involves strong elements of IT. As a result, we are able to assist with most IT challenges.

We are particularly proficient with Microsoft's suite of Office applications and Microsoft Windows.

To support you while talking on the phone we usually guide you to our Desktop Support application to enable us to connect to your computer via the Internet.

Once you have granted us permission, we will see everything you see on your computer as if we were sitting beside you. We can even control your mouse and keyboard to show you what to do, if that is what is required.

  • Why isn't my email working?
  • A message has come up on my screen. What should I do?
  • How do I do a particular task in Word or Excel?
  • I want to send something to someone using my computer, but I think it is too large for email, how can I do it?
  • My website needs some details changing, can you show me how to do it, or can you do it for me?
  • I need to change this picture, how can I do that?
  • I want to receive email on my smartphone, can you help me do this?
